As a travelling Sip & Do It Yourself company, we secure materials and locations at least one month in advance to offer ample time for planning. Since these classes are held at various venues, it is imperative that you understand and adhere to our cancellation policy. Please read it carefully as no exceptions will be made. Please note that credits toward future classes may not always be held in the same location as that location may not be available.
Email notifications 2 weeks prior to scheduled class will receive a credit towards a future class. New class must be equal in value to original class or difference will be required. Refunds of class overages will not be given.
Email notification 3 weeks prior to scheduled class will receive a refund of half of the class fee (excluding processing fees).
'No shows' will not receive a credit or refund.
Email notifications for groups must be received one month in advance. Deposits will be required to confirm date of event and cancellations will incur a small processing fee.
All emails must be received by 7:00p.m. CST on the allotted day.
For cancellation or refund request, contact us by sending an email here. Please be sure to indicate either "Cancellation Request" or "Refund Request" in the subject line.
Unless indicated, all classes are set up for adult participation only. Classes offered for children and teenagers are noted accordingly.
Classes offered are “hands on” and all students must pay to participate. Therefore, any additional non-paying, guest will not be allowed in the class. This includes children, family, friends, etc.
All drinking students must be over 21 years old and will be required to show proper I.D.
Sip & DIY reserves the right to limit alcohol consumption during BYOB events.
SIP & DIY reserves the right to cancel any class for emergency purposes. In the event this occurs, you will be notified via email and text immediately. For class cancellations due to low enrollment, a one (1) weeks' notice will be emailed to students.
